TSH TEST PROCEDURE:
Method: ELISA (Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay)
Origin: Human GmbH, Germany
Working reagent Preparation:
Working wash solution: 1000ml with 50ml wash solution
Add distilled water and make a working wash solution in a clean bottle.
Or, as required, mix 1000ml distilled water with 5ml wash solution to make 105ml working wash solution.
Calibrators: A-0, B-0.50, C-3.0, D-6.0, E-15.0, F = 30.0
Pipetting scheme:
Reagent and Sample should be brought to room temperature before use

| Enzyme conjugate

| Mix and cover with
  adhesive strip |

| Keep at room
  temperature for 60 minutes. |

| Keep room temperature
  for 15 minutes. |

| You have to give stop
  solution in each well. | 100ul | 
| You have to mix well. |

| With the help of 450nm
  filter it is  necessary to absorb
  quickly (within 10 minutes) or determine the result directly with ELISA
  reader. | |
