ESR by Humased-20 machine

Humased 20 is a machine that can detect five or more ESRs simultaneously in 15 to 20 minutes.

Test method:

1. Take a Humased tube, which contains 1.5ml 3.8% Sodium citrate.
2. Collect blood from Ragi and give 2ml blood to Humased tube.
3. Slowly shake the top and bottom of the Humased tube to mix the blood well with 3.8% Sodium citrate (3-4 minutes).
4. Humased 20 Humsed tube should be put in the tube hole of the machine by pressing the on / off switch with power connection and waiting for 1-2 minutes.
5. The Humased 20 machine has five tube holes through which we can do five ESRs together, again at 1, 2 and 3 separately.
6. Hummased tube will be inserted in the hole in the machine, the machine will show the report of the sample in 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Hummased-20 machine has LCD display, in which report can be seen.
8. The 1st and 2nd hour ESR report of Humased 20 machine sample is given simultaneously on LCD display.
